Full Truck Loads (FTL)
Airlines and/or GSAs usually prefer a Full Truck Load (FTL). This is the best guarantee that no time is lost on the way (by further loading, for example). The load is also safe and remains safe during the flight. Likewise, this method means no time is lost when transported cargo is unloaded.
Avoiding empty kilometers is being environmentally conscious
In addition to safety (and reducing risk of damage), sustainability plays an important role. Fully filled trucks ensure fewer “empty kilometers”, which means fewer trucks on the road and reduced CO2 emissions.
Good for your wallet, too
An FTL is also good for the wallet. Empty kilometers have to be paid for as well. So our customers, too, will ensure that an FTL is really a Full Truck Load.
